My client found your component after frustration overwhelmed her from using VirtueMart.  She can be quite resourceful at times since finding your product isn't as easy as going to the Joomla Extension directory.  Not sure what that is about!

Given her troubles the VM, she wants to start with the 2 week free trial which will more that likely result in the purchasing of the full version.

I'll be handling all of the download, installation, etc. for her and wondered if there would be complications as a result...
I understand how the trial works, but will the same license system work for the full version?
Will I need to uninstall the trial version to install the full version or can it just be upgraded?

My client may not be capable of the tasks required to obtain the software directly.
Does the shopping cart provide a download link or is it instant download which would require me to purchase the software in her name.

In the past, she has been resistant to using installation services or I'd have her simply pay the £50.00.

Give me some feedback on the process so I can help her decide how best to proceed.
