These errors are not Joozen related. Please check your Joomla and server configuration.

Please check your server error log. It looks lide that you uploaded JooZen in tmp folder not as binary.

From com_zencard admin goto modules -> Ceon Uri Mapping config, it will automatically install tables.

To get trial license upload collect.php file (from JooZen archive) to your joomla root folder. Go to http://(yourdomain)/collect.php it will generate details.xml . Send details.xml file to tech@shopmodules.com and tell us your domain name. Shortly we'll send you license. Upload license to components -> com_zencart folder.

I would imagine that you would have to setup any customized templates the same way as you did in the original zenCart. Most of the directory structure remains unchanged within the component zencart. If you did this yourself in the old zencart then you should have little problem in the new one. Try copying the customized directory over to the new zencart in the same place on the directory.
Then from the administration screen select -> tools -> template selection

One type relates to the program zenCart itself and the other relates to the integration of zenCart as a component.
