GRANT OF LICENSE
Provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement are coming with a single Site License. This means that the buyer is entitled to install and use it only on a single site. Additional copies of the Product may be installed and used, up to the number of Licensed Copies purchased. The Software is licensed, not sold. Resale or distribution of our software: shopping cart solutions, components, modules, plug-ins and custom work is strictly forbidden. You may make copies of the Product for backup and archival purposes.
TERM
The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any other time by deleting the Software together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to delete the Software together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. Customer receives free product updates for 12 Month (One Year) from date of purchase as part of the product. Product updates after that date are issued for additional fee. Error Corrections and Updates. The Shopmodules.com will provide you with error corrections, bug fixes, patches or other updates to the Software licensed in open source code form.Important: Please note that "open source form" means only GPL licensed files which are NOT included zencart.php, admin.zencart.php and license.xml. Any changes of those three files are strictly prohibited.
Updates, bug fixes and patches will be announced and available on site download section with special access for license holders.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
JooZen distributed on an "AS IS" basis. There is no warranty for the program, tho the extent permitted by applicable law. Except when otherwise stated in writting the copyright holder and/or other parties provide the program "AS IS" without warrany of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to , the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. Should the program prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.In no event unless required by applicable law or agreed to in witting will any copyright holder, or any other party who may modify and/or redistribute the program a permitted above, be liable to you for a damages, including any genera, special, incidental or consequential damages trising out of the use or inability to use the program (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the program to operate with any other programs), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
